The “collective” seems rather inactive and the number of “concerned citizens” seems rather small.

Has anyone looked at the company finances in detail to see if she was embezzling money? If she got the kids Russian citizenship awhile ago and without Hans knowing that seem like she was planning to flee. Also the kids are in Russia now, I don’t know the law but if witnesses such as the kids cannot come to court what can the judge do? What if the kids could testify that they are living with there mother in Russia? I would think the judge would at least want to explore that whole issue, and also who got the out of the country and how and why. Also how do you confess to 8 or 9 murders and walk free? Did he provide some damning “evidence” against Hans in exchange for immunity of some kind?

Count me as an individual who thinks this trial is a travesty. I wish there was more outcry about it. I will be outraged if the jury finds him guilty.
