While you were enjoying meals with your families, a talented software developer sat in an Alameda County jail unfairly awaiting trial for the murder of his wife.

We are concerned citizens who feel that this prosecution is a travesty of justice, and that Hans Reiser is innocent of the crimes of which he is accused. Our goal is to not only expose the truth but to actively campaign for his release. In pursuit of this goal, we will be blogging our discoveries as well as protesting in the streets.
